Jessica & Seth

Jessica and Seth Beecher, proud Albuquerque natives, began their entrepreneurial journey in 2000 when Seth opened Ambrosia Cafe & Wine Bar in Old Town. Their passion for Albuquerque has led them to lead the push to revitalize the Nob Hill corridor. As of today they own and operate 5 flagship operations in the heart of Nob Hill.

Central Bodega embodies their passion for food, wine, and community. As part of their commitment to revitalizing the area, Central Bodega is an inviting space designed to bring people together.

Mariessa Sanchez

Mariessa is a proud partner in Central Bodega, bringing a wealth of experience from her years in Albuquerque’s restaurant industry as a bartender and manager. 

Mariessa is dedicated to making Central Bodega a place where people can come together. A true advocate for community, she’s excited to join her business partners in contributing to the revitalization of Nob Hill.
